Home > PMT Priority Management Team The role of the PMT is to prioritize projects from conception to completion, according to LIS strategies. Its function is essential to the overall project/product process because there are limited resources available. The PMT decides how to best use those resources (budget, time, people) to achieve the stragetic goals of LIS. The President's Council and the CIO Coordinating Council comprise the PMT.
