Home > Operations Operations Once projects are completed, the new-born product moves to Operations, which takes care of maintaining, operating, and evaluating the product. If a product needs an upgrade or to be re-evaluated, the whole process starts again. The Technology Projects Office releases projects to operational managers, and assists in Product Management, but otherwise leaves Operations pretty much alone.
